Extended Warranty registration fails for dual CPU platform

Hello,

 

We are unable to register Extended warranty for DUAL CPU platform.

System says that key is not valid.

 

 

How can we activate the system:

 

Activation key: DDYP-0Z87-4J5A-34XS-ST08

System SN: BQPW94300196

One month has passed, nobody contacted me and this warranty not activated.
