How do I get a customer an Archer City platform with CXL (Compute Express Link) support

I am looking for a means to get an Archer City platform to an FPGA customer/partner that is currently building a low latency CXL based application.  Could someone let me now how to get a system for them to develop with?

Is this a link for our partner to register and request a system that supports Sapphire Rapids and CXL slots for a CXL card?  What do I need to do to make sure our partner will get a Sapphire Rapids system?
