Hello,
I have one question.
I try read memory information for S2600WF motherboard.
I installed MS-Windows 10 Pro. And run CPU-Z.
But nothing appears in the SPD field.
Other PCs (Asus P9D WS motherboard) have content in the SPD field.
I attacted running pic for P9D WS and S2600WF.
S2600WF FW Version : 02.01.0010
please help.

This software you are using is a 3rd party software which is not supported/validated as an Intel server tool. For diagnostics you want to use any of the available management tools listed here like the System Events Log viewer or SysInfo tool
Another non server specific tool you can try is the Intel Processor Identification utility but the memory information is limited.
