Intel D915GAG/D915PSY Failure

My motherboard has failed for no apparent reason. I have attempted to repair the board by reflowing and nothing has worked. I swapped all the RAM sticks, processors, hardware, and nothing. It inexplicably died out of nowhere when I woke up one morning to turn on the computer. No post, no beeps, just the sound of the fans and that is it. I found a leaking capacitor that I will plan to replace, but I need help determining which capacitor is necessary to start the thing in the first place. I am currently at a different place right now, so I don't have a schematic of the board, but I will provide anything I need in order to get this thing fixed. Thanks!

You are talking about a 20+ year old board.  It is long past its life expectancy.  And, it is certainly not a server board.

It is time for you take take this board to a recycle facility and put it to rest.

I don't really want to get rid of it because it means a lot to me and I have spend a lot of money trying to fix it and my other motherboard died from complications of onboard video so this is my last resort.

I have a board older than yours, with a pentium 4, windows 7, and it is still running.

I keep it going just for kicks.  When it dies, it dies.   I will probably have a couple of friends over for a glass of wine, and that is it.   Into the trash can it goes.

Lol I installed a 23 year old operating system on it and it died lol but thanks anyway. I will still try to keep this thread open in the mean time but so far I have replaced that capacitor and it has done nothing better.
