Intel® RAID Web Console 2 Utility does not see the server with RAID

Good day.

Please tell me how to solve this problem:

There are two servers HP ProLiant DL380e Gen8 and HP ProLiant DL180 G6 raids on the network on Windows server 2008 x64.

Installed Intel® RAID Web Console 2 Utility for Windows

Run, added to the configuration server addresses, but the program finds nothing.

Says "servers could not be found because server may be down on server not installed in the host system"

Tried to manually write the address and still it shows nothing :?:

Checked 9, 14 and 15 versions. The result does not change
