Unfortunately interactive support for this product has ended: http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/sb/CS-033802.htm Server Products — End of interactive support announcement

You may refer to the step-by-step demo on ESRT2:

You may also try different installation media, like a USB DVD-ROM or create a USB key installation drive.

No this is for AHCI only. No additional driver is needed for enhanced mode. What kind of installation media are you using?

Again no driver is needed when SATA mode is enhanced, and AHCI driver doesn't work with that. Maybe you can try to change SATA mode to AHCI and load the AHCI driver.

And what kind of DVD-ROM are you using?

That's what I'm trying to figure out - how did you use that ISO image on your USB key?
