What would be a compatible server that would have simiar specs? It would definitely need to have two fixed hard drives and 2 processors

That server is at least 5~7 years old, and a lot have changed... Your server is a rack-optimized system. In current generation there are two rack-optimized server boards. Below is a quick comparison:

Do you have a requirement for WS2003 OS (32-bit i think) on it? Cause there are some troubles with old MS server OSes on latest server platforms, which may hurt sysadmin work by some. If you can upgrade to WS2008/R2, you should not encounter such quirks.
