HI All,

Very simple question does the new S2600KP board support Microsoft OEM Activation (OA) 2.x? IE Windows 2012R2...

I am unable to activate using AMISLP.exe, I get an error 'The SLP Driver is not available in the firmware Image'

I think it is something missing in the latest BIOS, maybe it can only run OA 3.0?

I would probably check with Microsoft to find out what are the system requirements for Online Activation.

I am not aware of a limitation of our system BIOS for such activation.

Yes the board does, but you will need to contact Intel Premier Support for the new tool.

S2600KP has a different core BIOS than previous generation and all the tools have changed.
