Motherboard Supermicro X9SRi-3F. SCU chip C602.
SCU Option ROM 4.1.0.1026.
Is it possible to update the firmware SCU?
Maybe my question is not entirely accurate. But BIOS update does not resolve the problem of unstable operation of the controller SCU.

Firmware upgrades of the OpROM for the onboard RAID controller is commonly offered in a BIOS update. Intel does not offer an individual update package for this.
I would recommend contacting SuperMicro* for further information on the RAID controller updates using the BIOS or otherwise to obtain further support for the unstable operation of the RAID controller.
