RE: Thermal data of D-1746TER and D-1712TR

Hi Team,

I want to use Intel Xeon Processor D-1746TER for 67 watt and D-1712TR for 40 watt for our New design, and we  have required thermal simulation for both processors. But it's don't' have any recommended thermal data (Junction Temperature (Tj), θJB (°C/W), θJC (°C/W)) and power in watt available in data sheet, so can you please suggest or share the full data sheet for Intel Xeon D Processors and suggest the recommended thermal data for the same. I am waiting for your response ASAP?
