Hey

I purchased quantity two of KVR1333D3E9SK2/8G to use on a S1200BT(sr?) board. I can get a pair of the ram working, but when I try to populate the other slots the board will not boot.

Can someone please suggest the best ram (with part number) to populate this board so I can get 16Gb - or even better, 32GB? Can someone link me to a list of compatible memory?

Will this work? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820139262 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820139262

Should non ECC UDIMMs work? The specification page states they are supported but not needed - I Tried using http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820239421 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820239421 - unbuffered, non ECC, but did not get far with them.

Best way is to follow the http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/sb/CS-032418.htm Tested memory and hardware list. If you use Kingston, please take note of the last letter "I" in the model number, which indicates validated on Intel boards. I'm afraid non-ECC memory is not supported.

alright.. is the proper behaviour for KVR1333D3E9SK2/8G to only work in a 8gb config? Like I said, I cannot get it to boot with four of these memory chips in the board, only two.
