S1200btl server board 1 long beep

Hi we had an inverter failure and afterwords the server board started with 1 long beep.
The server boots up a bit slow but everything seems to be working only one orange led on my left hard drive rest all flash green but with this long beep persisting.
I tried removing the hard drive but the beep stays.
Please advise what could be wrong.
All the fans are working
