S1200v3RP board windows server 2003 installation

Dear all,

I am trying to install windows server 2003 standered edition on server system with intel board S1200v3rp and 8GB RAM,its showing error while installation "system BIOS is not ACPI complient please update BIOS or contact vendor".Although latest version of BIOS is installed.Please also clarify whether server 2003 standard edition can be installed on on this board.@

It looks like that board only supports 2008 and later - see
