Anyone know when the S1400FP2 goes GA? This http://ark.intel.com/products/61042/Intel-Server-Board-S1400FP2 page says Q3 2012 but I've yet to see anything in the market.

Looks like it is finally available, search for "DBS1400FP2". Average price is $305-320.

Hello people, I'm having some strange problems with this motherboard.....Configuration looks like this:
1. Intel SC4304XXSHDR (it has Hot Swap backplane)
2. Intel S1400FP2
3. RMS25KB040 RAID controller
Problem is that I cannot identify HDD through RAID Web Console (it doesn't blink when I press "Start Locating Drive" although I put newest FW on motherboard and RAID controller. Also I have I2C and SGPIO cables that are attached properly using technical product specification. I know that this is maybe not a topic for this category, but maybe someone can help.

Did you use a correct cable to connect the RAID module and the backplane? It should be a Mini-SAS to SATA cable with 5-pin SGPIO. Intel product code for this cable is AXXCBL740MS7P.
