Hello, We recently got a used S2600CM, but having problems updating the BMC to 1.61, as well as updating the sdr/fru via updS2600 script
Motherboard is a S2600CW (and what board says), but I notice that ipmitool fru print says Product Name and Board Product says S2600CWR.
* PBA H12881-261
Attempting to run updS2600, (2 cpu fans, 0 system fans plugged in), when I reboot and check with ipmitool sdr list full, it says 1 cpu fan, 1 system fan.
* also does not fully go through unless I add -nmi to the command to use the legacy update
* It also says "The FRU Headers for System FRU and file FRU are not matching. Do you want to continue?"
Attempting to put an IP Address into LAN via bios, or ipmi lan set 1, it starts blinking blue, goes solid, and then blinks red. ipmitool lan print shows 0.0.0.0 as IP
Attempting to update to BMC 1.61, hangs on verifying 100%, also does the blinking blue, goes solid and blinks red
On bootup, it hangs for a long time (blinking blue, goes solid blue, then blinks red), then continues.
Also ipmitool sel clear, (blinking blue, solid blue, blinks red, as above), the logs come back afterwards.
Almost feeling like it keeps reverting on any action.
I was wondering how to diagnose this, Primary goal would be to update it for 2 cpu fans, and 0 system fans.
