SASUC8I: can neither enter BIOS utility nor create virtual drives using Web Console

Hallo,

i want to use SASUC8I. Unfortunately I am experiencing some problems.

 

When I press Ctrl - C during booting I get the message, that the utility will be loaded after initialization. After waiting some seconds I get the message "Press a key to reboot" and nothing else happens (before that all attached drives are recognized correctly).

 

When I use the RAID Web Console also all attached drives are recognized correctly but I cannot choose the options Create Configuration or Create virtual drive. These options are grey.

What can I do?

Try to upgrade the http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?ProductID=3053&DwnldID=21125 Firmware first.
