SS4200 f/w upgrade has wiped admin password - help?

Hi

I've just bought an SS4200-E from my children's school and spent the evening waiting for it to finish (re)initialising the disks (after a full wipe). It's all working fine, just too small for the school's needs.

When it completed, it offered me the option of downloading the latest system software (this was all via the web interface). I agreed and it downloaded and applied the update and booted up. However, I now cannot seem to login with my previous admin password, it is no longer recognised.

Since the upgrade process was all automated and I saw no log or readme or changelog, I have no idea now how to log onto the unit. Can anyone help me please?
