Server randomly powering off

Hello got a customer build Intel Server with a S2600CW2SR motherboard.  Inside a Intel P4304xxMuxx Case.  It has dual FXX750PCRPS power supplies in it.  The server has been randomly powering off then attempt to boot back up and enters a cyclical boot then power off state until the power is completely removed from the system.  Once the power is completely removed from the system the server boots up normally.  I am attaching an event log from BMC to show what is happening.  This is a small bit off the log but if the server does this at night it will cycle through these cycles many time before someone restarts it again.

At this point I have had the server run on both power supplies, and then had it run on just individually each of the power supplies alone as well and all configs are doing the same thing.

Any help would be appreciated as this is a production server and trying to create stability again.

Have tried all that that article mentions now and no errors detected.  This seems to be power related.  Could it be the power distribution board in this system?

Not to sound difficult but isn't this the community forum.  I was told by phone support I could post here in the community forums and get help.  This server is 4 years old and its a non profit so I am trying to help them out.  Just feel like they deserve better out of a product than 4 years.  Not expecting warrantee replacement just need help addressing the issue.
