UEFI Boot Entries

I have some  DQ67SW boards -- yes I know that these are really old, but they still work well for my application. My question is about the UEFI Boot Entries. When the BIOS is in UEFI mode I'm seeing some old boot entries. I'd like to clear these but do not see any option to do so in the BIOS. I've tried removing the battery and even restoring the BIOS to factory state but the entries remain. Does anyone know of a way to clear these entries??

I believe that there are UEFI operations that can be done to clear this list (I know the issue has come up previously). I am attempting to contact one of the BIOS engineers from back in those days to find out. It may take me a day or two to get a response. Hang in there (and ignore the message you are undoubtedly going to get from ICS regarding this being a discontinued product; I am still looking regardless).
