Unknown error while installing Chipset and VROC driver on Win10 insider build 21286-21313

The "SetupChipset.exe" and "SetupVROC.exe" won't install with an unknown error (0x80070643 in log files) on these Win 10 insider builds, I have tried test the Intel Chipset Device Software v10.1.18612.8252/v10.1.18383.8213 and Intel Virtual RAID On CPU v7.5.0.1990/v6.3.0.1031 after doing a clean install of Win 10 insider build 21286/21292/21296/21301/21313, I think the installation package is not compatible these Win10 insider builds.

They can install successfully without error on Win10 old build 20262, beta build 19042.804 and Server 2022 with GUI build 20292.

Could you tell what server system do you have so we can look for the specific file you are attempting to install? Besides that, according to the Tested Operating Systems for Intel® Virtual RAID on CPU (Intel® VROC) and Intel® Server Boards, Windows 10 is not a supported OS, so most likely the error you are receiving is been caused because of this.
