S2400sc motherboard not initializing , all fans rotate once and stop , then beep noise is coming.

Hello,

In order to provide accurate assistance, please let us know how many beep codes is the board providing. In the mean time take the board outside the chassis and test it on a minimal configuration( CPU, memory, power supply) to start narrowing the issue.
