Hey all,
I recently bought an Intel Realsense F200 which I have been trying to setup on my Clevo P750ZM laptop (Intel 4th gen 4790K). I am running Windows 10 build 10162.
After getting the Depth Camera software installed, and installing the SDK every time I tried using the Depth Camera the light would come on for a second and then stop. I tried connecting a USB 3.0 powered hub but it still wouldn't work.
I was nearly at the point of considering the F200 defective, when I found this post about downgrading the USB 3.0 drivers on Windows 8 to the Windows 7 Intel USB drivers. I went through the process (disabling driver signing, reboot, install Intel USB driver, disable driver signing, reboot, install Intel USB root hub driver) and lo and behold it now works perfectly!!
So it appears the solution is using BOTH the Window 7 Intel USB 3.0 drivers and a powered USB 3.0 hub.
Cheers,
Andrew

Hi,
in my operating system 8.1 I downgraded the USB3.0 driver, but when I started DCM installation, it failed everyone by code -4.
I downloaded the newest DCM driver v1.4 in a new system 8.1. It failed by the same code in component 1 of 13.
What means the code -4? Perhaps is there a hardware defect by the new F200 camera? I've tried many but without anybody access.

Hi,
What does the HD graphic driver has to do with the USB ? Are you sure the update utility didn't update your USB driver ?
Cheers
