first tried crosswalk Android success [means apk Not vulnerable?] but too large files...Android plain should be the same?
I GOT below. WHEN NEW UPGRADE OF XDK IDE TO HANDLE THIS?
ALSO when use Cordova CLI 3.5.1 reuired 1)have config.xml, 2)delete xdk config files?
- Building a Cordova 3.3 application.
- Warning: Because of security vulnerabilities found in previous versions of Cordova for Android, it is recommended that you build your application with Cordova CLI 3.5. Google has indicated that applications with vulnerabilities that expose users to a risk of compromise may be removed from their app store. Other Cordova platforms such as iOS and Windows 8 are unaffected by this security risk. See this Apache Cordova Android 3.5.1 announcement for more details.
- The application name is "DDDDDDD"
- The package name is "org.DDDDD.YYYYY"
- Error: Plugin "org.apache.cordova.network-information" (0.2.8) failed to install.

I'm told it should be fixed now. Could you give it another try?
Thanks!

The build for 3.3 was fixed. The inclusion of the plugin should now work.
You can build with Cordova 3.3, 3.5, or 4.1.2. You should not need the CLI tools locally.
