When you go to Step 3's https://registrationcenter.intel.com/regcenter/RemoteActivation.aspx all you see is "Intel Products Is Currently Down For Maintenance".  Is there any other way to activate our software?

If you have the license file you can either copy it to the intel licenses folder or select the offline activation.

Yes, that's what I was asking.  I thought I WAS selecting the offline activation when I took this screen clip (attached) with my phone and typed it into an internet computer.  That's where I see the "Intel Products Is Currently Down For Maintenance" page.  At the end of the day, how can I get the license file or an activation code?  It's going onto a new computer that cannot be connected to the internet (inside a high security facility). -Rod

Hello Rod,

I have sent you the license file. Please let me know if you were able to install using license file.

Regards,

Thank you very much for your help, Devorah.  I did get your license file.  I re-loaded the installation CD, finished the install and everything seemed to go well enough.  We'll know more after our simulation software is properly installed & licensed.

I would add that this method is by far the easiest way to activate our Visual Fortran, given our inability to connect to the internet behind our secure facility.  We are lobbying to change this.  Meanwhile, we are retiring one machine and building a 2nd server.  Can I harvest or create some sort of license file off of the old machine and use that license on the new 2nd server, or should I simply give you the Serial Number and you provide me with a license file for that?

If you have a running installation, you can move the installation elsewhere using the license file that it is running against.

Rodney/Mohammed,

You can download your license file from the Intel® Registration Center at https://registrationcenter.intel.com.

For details on how to install with your license file, please see https://software.intel.com/en-us/faq/licensing#manual-license-install.

James.

For others, please start a new thread rather than adding to an existing thread if you need support for your license.
