Among the 7 steps of installation, at 3rd step, Activation, after typing the serial number ****-********, the following message appeared
"Please, restart Intel Software Manager to activate your product"
After a few restarts of Intel Manager and my PC, it is still not working and I can not activate the product.

I'm sorry I missed your comment. In the future, please create a new thread as some conversations end up in private messages.
The license for OpenCL SDK isn't a real license in the sense that it does not affect product usage, which I believe is why the software manager has problems adding it. There is no license file, and no activation. You should download the product from the Intel Registration Center and install it directly.
