Same problem here. Using 360 Total Security and XDK 1995.

I have checked and double checked the setup.exe file with different on-line antivirus checkers. Only 360 Total Security reports a virus.
My, not so nice, solution for this moment: I disable 360 Total Security and my internet connection during the installation of XDK software
Don't forget to enable your antivirus software after the installation!

With version v2170, same problem: 360 Total Security -> Trojan attacks

I am not sure how 360 total security works but if there is a way to list programs to an exception list, try adding nw.exe to it.
