I am developing an app for Android, iOS and WP8. I am using the Intel app preview app in the 3 platforms, nevertheless when i do remote debugging over mobile the app shows its latest version in iOS and Android, but loads an old version on WP8 (I've tried pushing it several times and even re installing the Intel app). Even worst, it doesn't even load over wifi for WP8, it just shows the intel XDK white screen and never loads the app, it works fine for the other platforms though.
I am using Intel XDK 1826 and no Cordova plugins. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
Best regards
Nicolas Zapata.

It loads an older version of your app in app preview on your windows phone 8? Can you try deleting the project from the server? You can do that on the app center here: https://appcenter.html5tools-software.intel.com/csd/cloud-services-dashboard-login.aspx
There are a couple of things you can try:
1. Delete the project from the server and push it again. Access it from the 'Server Apps' tab on app preview.
2. Clear the app preview cache and memory. You can use the Windows Cache Cleaner app to do so on WP8.

I was completely unaware that the app center existed. I deleted the app and then uploaded it again, nevertheless the phone still does not see any app on the server.
The cache cleaner app is no longer published for some reason, i used this instead.

Are you able to load any apps from the server? Because there was recently an issue since our latest release that prevented app preview from fetching projects from the cloud. But that issue has been fixed.

Thank you, after reinstallng the app on the phone now i can see it. Nevertheless it still won't load pass the XDK splash screen, it is just stuck there either in local or remote server. It works flawlessly on other platforms.

Hi Nicolas, Do you mind zipping your project and send it to me via PM? I would like to test it out.
Also, just to narrow it down to a project issue, could you try a simple sample app and see if it works on all platforms on app preview?

One more question, are there any reports yet about the Intel XDK problem where app preview can see the local server but when it launches the application it says "missing application. Unable to retrieve app from the clod server. Did you use the Test tab in the Intel XDK to push/sync the project files to the server?".
Ps. server apps functon works fine though.
