Hi,
I'm trying to run LightWeight Hotspots analysis from withing VS2010 and its resulting in BSOD. AM trying to attach to a running process. Can someone help me figure out what's going on here?
My environment
Windows Server 2008 R2
VS 2010 Premium
Intel Parallel Studio XE 2011
There is another issue that is happening. When I try to run the Hotspots analysis on standalone VTune Amplifier XE 2011 on the same process it works and produces the results. But when I try to run it from within VS2010 with exact same settings it always complains - "Failed to finalize the results" and never generates any trace results. Any clues why that would be happening?
