Hello, I just saw that there is a bower install option in intel xdk.
I actually used it once, and installed the ionic-material library, and all went great, but now when i try to install something from bower again, it says that git is not installed and can't be found in the system path.
so i tried to install git again.....
and still i get the same error.
Is this a bug or is there any special way to make this work? it worked before, so why did it stop?
any help would be welcome,
Thanks,
Shaul.

Hi!
Brackets-bower is an extension for brackets and it is available in XDK brackets catalog for a couple of releases ago. It is open source and maintained in Github. This behavior that you described may match with a bug reported on Github:
https://github.com/albertinad/brackets-bower/issues/45
Please, let me know if that is the same behavior that you are experiencing and we can continue on Github!.
A couple of questions:
1 - Did you update the extension and then it started to show the git warning?
2 - Did you update XDK and you had previously installed the extension, and with the new XDK update it started to show the warning?
3 - Did you update/modify/uninstall git?
4 - Is git available in the system PATH?
Thanks!
