Building Cordova 3.X hybrid Windows Phone 8?

Hi 

I have successfully built and published my app for Android and iOS (Cordova builds).

No I have set up build options for Windows 8 as well in the projects tab and completed a successful build.

BUT:
Why can't get build options for Win Phone 8?

These pages talk about win 8 and win phone 8 as two different builds:

Why have I only got the windows 8 option in my project?
I run XDK version 1816

Do I submit my win 8 build to wp8 store?

We have not release WP8 Cordova builds yet. We hope to in the future, but do to priorities, they keep getting pushed back. Once we do release them, I am sure there will be an announcement.
