Your CPU supports both the necessary capabilities - see http://ark.intel.com/products/43529/Intel-Core-i3-350M-Processor-3M-Cache-2_26-GHz?q=i3-350M.  So if you have enabled virtualization, I would use this command to be sure the XD/NX bit.
bcdedit /set nx AlwaysOn

Hi

Please run this command "wmic OS Get DataExecutionPrevention_Driver"s from a terminal run with administrator privilege and write here what it returns and what computer model exactly you have.

Thanks

Constantin

the output is False for data execution prevention drivers

my laptop is acerAspire 5745

Does this meant that XD bit is not suported?

For more information check the website http://support.microsoft.com/kb/912923

Seems the DEP(XD) is disabled in your OS

Please contact your laptop manufacturer on how to enable XD in bios since there is no such option.
