CLI build is throwing error after installing intel xdk device plugin

Hello Intel Engineers!

Please note that the intel xdk device plugin on 01.org is throwing an error when a build is being created with CLI 5.4

Kindly look into this issue.

Note: I used a standalone CLI tool.

The intel.xdk plugins are not being maintained, we advise that you use the Cordova equivalents.
