CPUID Feature Flag Return Values for each unique generation of Pentium M

Sorry, I am new to the forum and couldn't figure out where else to post this question.

I need the CPUID Feature Flag (leaf 1) return values for each unique version of Pentium M. If all Pentium-M's returned the same value, then I only need onre. But, I believe that there are multiple generations that added different features. Having the eax f/m/s stepping value with each unique generation would be helpful also.

Try going to http://www.sandpile.org/ia32/cpuid.htm to get a listing of CPUID values for a lot of processors, includiong Pentium M
