Can I register a never used (un-opend) Fortran Compiler 10.1

I used to have a premium license (or something like that) and used to be a registered user before I had to sop for health reasons. I am now OK. Before I got ill I received a Professional version of Fortran Compiler (10.1) in Box. I did not open it till today. As a New Year resolution I decided to get back to development. However, I am now retired (from academia and research) and do not wish to spend much. 

Can I register Inter Visual Fortran Compile 10.1 Professional Edition still? Do I have any upgrade avenue.
