Hello Intel.
I am having a Student Lisence (bought here http://software.intel.com/en-us/intel-education-offerings).
I recently compiled a Open Source library ARPACK (www.caam.rice.edu/software/ARPACK). It is free for people to use.
I am wondering whether I can send the library that I compiled to others? At this point I am not earing any profit, just for other people for their acadamic or personal use for free.
Thanks,

Hi there,
Sorry for the delay. I checked with a few co-workers regarding this question. We believe that redistribution without compensation would be allowed.
Thank you.
