I have registered my "Intel® Media Server Studio – Professional Edition" but I can not get IPS confirm email.

I'm not sure what exactly you are asking about. Do you expect the registration confirmation email with the license attached?
Or did you try to login to Intel(R) Premier Support (IPS) and it was not succussful?
I've checked your account and registrations. All should be ok. Your Intel(R) Media Server Studio is properly registered in the Intel(R) Registration Center and you have access to the Intel(R) Premier Support for the product.
