Can only use DVI-HDMI when X3100 Drivers not installed

If I uninstall the drivers, I can get output to my DVI-HDMI cable. Otherwise, the screen says NO SIGNAL and is black. If I use safemode, I can use it too.

Any known fixes? I keep trying different things, but no luck. Here's my info for the HDMI port(only can get it from moninfo is without the drivers)
