Can't Install SR300 driver.

I install SR300 driver (https://downloadmirror.intel.com/25044/eng/intel_rs_dcm_sr300_3.0.24.59748.exe) but i get a error message that is code -3. How can i fix it?

Which OS are you running? SR300 ONLY supports windows 10 64bit. Thanks!

I have win10 enterprise build 14267 (x64)

I have a SR200 and SR300. The SR200 worked until I updated my Win10 build, I am having a hard time getting the SR300 working. The Driver install doesn't recognize the device.

I have a surface book 512 GPU laptop, and a Asus Gaming laptop which also has win10 enterprise stock build. The SR300 does not work on either system. The driver does not recognize the camera. Please help.

From the attached log files it looks like the prerequisites of the win installer are not being met. What are you looking for in order for the DCM installer to proceed?

I have the written requirements from this web site: 64bit, Win10, 57GB hard drive space, 16GB RAM, NVidia GPU. I even turned off my antivirus to see if that was the culprit but no luck. I'm also running the install as admin.

Running Windows 10 64bit Build 14267.rs1_release.160213-0213

I haven't been able to install the camera since I purchased it.

Microsoft has found there was issue for F200 under Windows 10 Build 14267. Please go back to Build 10586. Thanks!

Thank you David. I use Windows10 64bit. I try install again today. and get another error code -10001.

Which windows 10 build are you running? It need build 10586. Same as F200, it will not work under windows 10 build 14267. Thanks!

Thank you David.

I use Windows10 64bit.
