Can't access Intel Premier Support site: "Not Authorized to Access"

Hello,

We have paid for 4 years support for the Intel Parallel Studio, but I can't access Premier Support. When I try, I get "Not Authorized to Access" message. I did request access to the Premier Support at the "Manage License" page and received an email asking to click on a link to complete the configuration. The email asked to wait for 1 hour, but it's been 19 hours, and I still don't have the access.

On one page it was said: "If you still have problems signing up for support, contact us.", but when I clicked on that link, I got:

403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

 

Could you please check what is the problem.
