Can't get 1920x1080 on Viewsonic 2260 LCD!

I've just bought a Viewsonic LCD VX2260WM. Its native resolution is 1920x1080 but when I set theresolutionon 1080, picture starts to flick. I have 82945g board and running the LCD on VGA. I installed latest driver from intel site. Now graphics have higher resolution i.e. 1920x1200 but still picture flicks on 1920x1080. I don't get this problem on any other resolution except this one. HELP PLEASE.

What is the refresh rate set for the resolution. Can you try setting a lower resolution say 60Hz?

hello mate, i got similar issue, try latest driver, try DVI even HDMI, they still flick on the highest resolution.
