I purchased, registered, and downloaded a compiler suite a year or two back. I recently lost my disk data and need to redownload the compilers. However, the software links that I received in e-mails do not work, the registration center does not list any registered products for me, and when I try to register the serial number I get an error stating, "Problems with your account are preventing us from completing your request."
Shouldn't I be able to redownload a copy of my old compilers?
