Cannot install Intel parallel with a transferred license

Hello,

I am trying to install Intel Parallel Studio XE2017 using a license that I have transferred from another user.I cannot install Parallel Studio using the license number although I have the license number in my Intel account. Can you please help me I have the following error message:

Activation rights do not allow this software to be installed. This could be due to expired subscription or incompatible serial number ?
