Cant pass the splash screen since login link loads nothing

I am using WIndows10 and have been using Intel XDK, after updates, i cant seem to ass the splash screen as when i click on the Login link, the programs loads and brings be back to the Splash screen with the option to either login or register.

Also tried several solutoins on this forum and nothing seems to workout. (change password to valid allowed characters)

It sucks cos i am stock here in a infinite loop.

Can someone tell me how to resolve this

Are you still experiencing this problem? I just tried and was able to login. Some backend servers were restarted on Sunday, which might have been causing that problem.

You don't need to be able to login to use the product, unless you want to download your Android keystore. Otherwise, no other functions in the 3987 version require a login to work.
