Certificate P12 unobtainable

Hello.

I have a big problem. I can not get the certificate P12 to build my application. I followed the tutorial :

but when i connect to apple page with my login i have nothing to create certificate p12.

I get this page :

I do not a menu to create the certificate.

I don't understand.

Do you have Apple Developer Account? If you have go to developer.apple.com and sign in, you'll see the screen shown in the video after you sign in. If you do not have developer account, you need to get one to create certificate.
