A Lenevo Z51 could easily run RealSense as it meets all of the requirements of an Intel Core i3 / i5 / i7 (it has i7), a USB 3.0 port (it has this) and Windows 10.

I'm not sure if the built-in RealSense camera is the F200 type, though a number of foreign-language online retail stores did list the Z51 as having an F200. A post on Microsoft's forums also said that their Z51 had an F200. I believe only the larger 15" screen model like the one in the store link above has the camera though.
