Composer XE licensing

If the full Composer XE suite is purchased as a bundle, with a 5 seat floating license, it appears that this means that concurrent compiles of each clanguage could take place, i.e. 5 Fortran, 5 C, and 5 C++, as each seems to have separate license entries. Can anyone confirm this? IF my explanation is unclear, here is another example:

Can I compiler (at the same time) 3 fortran codes and 3 C codes?

Thanx

A seat is defined as a single user logged on to a single host. A five seat license allows one user to log on to five hosts or five users logged on to a single host. The license does not limit the user to how many parallel compilations he can do.
