Depth Sensor bad internal calibration?

I have 2 Intel SR300's purchased in early February. Their serial numbers are W4VF 0800 601R 0057 4Z and W4VF 0800 601R 0058 OK . They were purchased with order number CLK00213815. Both are observed to have bad calibrations with similar results to discussions here: https://github.com/IntelRealSense/librealsense/issues/46 . Can the internal calibration be fixed? If not could you send us replacement cameras?

( I opened this up as a ticket (01043555) with intel support and they directed me here for help calibrating my cameras... )
