Developer Tools very slow to come up

Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

In xdk and on the emulate tab press the the debug icon in the top left.corner. A blank developer tools windows appears but is frozen, along with the main xdk. After almost 3 minutes it unfreezes and then displays all the expected info on the various pages of dev tools.

The previous version was not like this.

I tried this on 2323 for me it works fine. can you provide some screenshots which will be helpful.

Did you upgrade to Windows 10? If so, uninstall and reinstall the XDK.

I'm on win7 sp1.

i usually only shutdown my work pc on the weekends and the problem is not recurring today.  I had upgraded XDK on wed 8/5 but after checking the event logs it does not appear that i had restarted my pc after the upgrade.
