My system (HP ProDesk 600 G2 DM) with following details
- i5 6500T
- Win 10pro (10586)
- 8GB RAM
- USB3
doesn't detect the SR 300 correctly. In the Device-Manager are the Audio-Input and Audio-Controller listed, but no Imaging-Device. My try to install the DCM setup ends at the second step with the information 'no real sense camera is connected'.
so, whats worng with my system or SR300?

Where did you get this camera? I assumed you maybe have the camera with old FW. Thanks!

I ordered directly by Intel.
Order number: CLK00213947
If I really get a camera with old FW, what should I do to get it run?

Since the computer cannot detect the SR300, can you try it using different USB 3.0 port or different machine so we can find if it is hardware defect? Thanks!

I tried to use all other USB 3.0 ports, but I get no different result. Furthermore I tried to detect the SR300 with two other maschines (only 4th gen. processor), again the same behavior.
The result is in every case I tried the same. -> NO camera, but microphone is available
