Download Failed, and Now I Can't Attempt to Download Again

From my system admin at work, I received a new serial number for "Visual Fortran Compiler Pro Ed Win SSR". The email contained a link to the download page, where I entered my email address twice, as well as the serial number. I then began the download, which failed at 99%.

Now I am unable to download the file again. When I enter my email address and serial number, it tells me that I've already registered the product. When I follow the link in the email that brought me my new license file, it tells me that my support is expired. But I just received this serial number today!

I don't know what else to try.

This issue was resolved privately. The license file expiration date was earlier than the release date of the software version. Downloading anearlier version worked successfully.
